Yellowstone Re-Engage Week
Tentative Schedule: Most Items could change due to weather, or other ideas, this is just to get you thinking, generate excitement and understanding about the week!

Tuesday, June 2 — Arrival Day
1:19 PM — Arrive in Cody
 After arrival — Stop at Walmart for food and supplies
 Late afternoon/evening — Head to the ranch
At the ranch:
  • Orientation and overview of the week
  • Dinner
  • Explore the ranch
  • Campfire and relaxed fellowship

Wednesday, June 3 — Ranch Day
Early Morning — Optional side-by-side ranch adventure
  • Travel into the high pastures
  • Look for elk herds and other wildlife with ranch team
Breakfast
Morning —Horseback riding and time at the ranch
Lunch
Afternoon — Horseback riding and ranch activities
Dinner
Evening — Campfire, conversation, and relaxed time together

Thursday, June 4 — Ranch + Cody Night
Early Morning — Optional side-by-side ranch adventure 
  • Travel into the high pastures
  • Look for elk herds and other wildlife
Breakfast
Morning — Hiking, horseback riding, or relaxed time at the ranch
Lunch
Afternoon — Drive into Cody
 Possible activities:
  • Dam Road walk
  • Shopping and exploring downtown Cody - ICE CREAM
By 5:00 PM — Arrive at Cody Cattle Company
  • Dinner show
  • Cody Night Rodeo afterward
  • Cost: $76.20 per person includes dinner, show, and rodeo tickets (I can purchase and you all can reimburse me)
Late Evening — Return to the ranch
  • Expected arrival back at the ranch

Friday, June 5 — Ranch + Hiking Day
Early Morning — Optional side-by-side ranch adventure
  • Travel into the high pastures
  • Look for elk herds and other wildlife
Breakfast
Morning — Relaxed time at the ranch
Noon — Alissa airport transportation
  • Matt and/or Jim will take Alissa to the airport
Afternoon — Hike or ranch activities
 Possible hike:
  • Elk Fork Trail
  • Explore the Whapiti Valley Area
Dinner
Evening — Campfire, reflection, and relaxed time together

Saturday, June 6 — Yellowstone National Park Day
Early Morning — Leave for Yellowstone as early as possible
Before leaving: (Night Before)
  • Pack coolers
  • Bring lunch, snacks, and water for the day
Daytime — Explore Yellowstone National Park
Evening Options:
  • Return to the ranch for dinner
     or
  • Stop for dinner at Pahaska Tepee Lodge, Buffalo Bill’s original 1904 hunting lodge

Sunday, June 7 — Departure Day
Morning — Breakfast at the ranch
After breakfast:
  • Clean up and get the ranch back in order
  • Pack and prepare for departure
Approximately 8:30 AM — Leave the ranch
  • Head into Cody
  • Pick up Jim
  • Travel to Billings
2:25 PM — Flight departs from Billings
