What We Believe

"What comes into our minds when we think about God is the most important thing about us." - A.W. Tozer

Our beliefs are based solely on the Bible, God’s inspired and infallible Word, consisting of the 66 books of the Old and New Testaments. We affirm that Scripture is without error in its original manuscripts and is the ultimate authority on all matters it addresses.
 2 Timothy 3:16-17; 2 Peter 1:20-21; Psalm 119:105

Given our unique mission, we allow freedom in personal beliefs on non-essential matters, provided they are grounded in Scripture and do not hinder our ministry.
Romans 14:1-4; 1 Corinthians 13:12; Ephesians 4:4-6

We believe in one true God, existing eternally in three persons—Father, Son, and Holy Spirit—each fully sharing all aspects of deity and personality.
Matthew 28:19; 2 Corinthians 13:14; Deuteronomy 6:4

Jesus Christ is God incarnate, conceived by the Holy Spirit and born of the virgin Mary, fully divine and fully human in one person. He lived a sinless life, died on the cross as a substitute for humanity, rose bodily from the dead, ascended to heaven, and now intercedes for believers as the sole mediator between God and humanity.
John 1:1, 14; Philippians 2:6-8; Hebrews 4:15; 1 Timothy 2:5; Romans 8:34

Adam and Eve were created in God’s image, male and female, but fell into sin through disobedience, leading to humanity’s separation from God and the nature of sin. Humanity is now in need of regeneration by the Holy Spirit. Indeed, we believe marriage, as God ordained in Scripture, is a sacred covenant between one man and one woman. It reflects Christ’s relationship with the Church and is the foundation for family and society. We hold that this biblical design for marriage is a lifelong commitment and an expression of God’s purpose for human relationships
.Genesis 1:27; Genesis 3:6-7; Romans 5:12; Romans 3:23, Genesis 2:24; Matthew 19:4-6; Ephesians 5:31-33

Salvation is entirely by God’s grace, not by human effort or merit. God grants righteousness to those who trust in Christ alone, justifying them before Him. Believers can have assurance of salvation based on the Holy Spirit’s witness and the promises in God’s Word. We believe in the ordinance and command of immersion, which makes Christ Lord.Ephesians 2:8-9; Romans 3:24-26; Galatians 2:16, Acts 2:30, Romans 6:4

The Holy Spirit reveals Christ, applies His saving work, and dwells in believers from the moment of their spiritual rebirth, sealing them until redemption.John 16:7-11; Ephesians 1:13-14; Romans 8:9

Jesus Christ is the Head of the church, which includes all who have placed their faith in Him. God calls His people to gather regularly for worship, observe the ordinances, and encourage one another in faith. Upon death, believers enter eternal fellowship with the Lord, awaiting the resurrection to everlasting glory. Unbelievers, however, face eternal separation from God and await final judgment.
 Ephesians 1:22-23; Hebrews 10:24-25; 1 Corinthians 12:12-13

We affirm that Jesus Christ will return personally, visibly, and bodily to fulfill God’s eternal plan, to judge and restore all things where he will reign as king forever.
 Acts 1:11; Revelation 22:12; 1 Thessalonians 4:16-17

Christ commands all believers to share the gospel globally and make disciples, placing this mission above personal ambitions in commitment to Him who gave His life for us.
Matthew 28:18-20; Romans 10:14-15; 2 Corinthians 5:20
